That chapter was unnecessary as it left a bad impression but there was no rape and he didn't do anything to yoroichi which is one of the main waifus so no ntr as well. And after sora woke up he beat up Ichigo after that he did mention he wouldn't mind having some fun with orihime but she wouldn't be his main girl and he would leave her for Ichigo so yeah no ntr there as well. And he(sora) slept with yoroichi so nothing to worry about. So chill out man if you didn't like it then don't read it and those looking to start the novel at least read upto 45 chapters before you decide if its worth it or not.
