I hope they mass release the existing 278 chapters and then continue releasing the new ones. Its an interesting story and I think there are a lot of readers who are waiting for chapters 289+ onwards.

Unfortunately, it's a different translator, not Misty Cloud, so those 278 chapters aren't available for mass release.😞😞
They wont mass release it, they will slowly release it to milk as much cash as possible(but in that regard lose almost all their readers and generate a ton of hate, but meh Q doesnt care they only want that moneh) So expect the story to catch up with the old release in a year or so lol.
You can just google with the title, there are a few sites which are having these chapters

Yes, but that is seriously a bad marketing stunt. People will gradually loose interest if the author keep readers hanging for too many days, lot of readers will shift to other novels. For example - If I can get 500 chapters at once, if the novel is good, I will go and buy them looking to read as soon as possible. It I get only 1 or 2 chapters a day, after few days i will loose interest or find something else to read and will eventually drop. May be i will buy only 100 or 150 chapters max. Webnovel is loosing a lot of revenue this way

Q has done the same with all their "imported" novels from that site. My guess is the original translators pulled their chapters so Q has to start from scratch. Or the translator/Q does not want translations on their site that they dont have 100% control over to monetize.
