All kinds troupes are here in this novel. The romance here in the beginning is forced. The meeting of both male and female lead is too cliché. The background of female lead past self is cliché, the male lead is 2d handsome and whatever cliché. The family of mc is like any other cliché famous romance novel, the male lead have ' mysterious background' like any other cliché famous romance. And so many more cliché!!! (ahem if you like to read female lead where she is black bellies, you might find this novel so cliché. To summarize it : Medicine grandmaster female lead, intelligent MC, mysterious male lead, unreasonable arrogant fellow and so may troublemaker troupes). Up to you if you would like a cliché novel. But I was just reminding you that don't expect a different plot and personality here, because all here is copy cat like any other black bellied MC .

If you want much better than this, read gdbbm(if you still doesn't read it). Although the romance is dragging for a long time(they didn't get together officially, but intimate unconsciously. In more like 1k+ chapter, it's full of adventure and fighting) but the scenario is pretty well written. Though this have cliché troupe too, but it's not that awkward.
