I did not read much but a blurb made me curious. I will soon update my comment on what I think after reading the current releases. o/ \o :P

My current conclusion about a novel: It's interesting but I think the author should work better on character descriptions and the specific seasoning and preparation of food. I recommend researching various spices of the crop. And I do not settle for the protagonist not to go back to Japan his family seems cool, he finds a way for him to go home and maybe he will spend a little time that he did not go crazy with his disappearance. It does not bother me if he transits both worlds. History has a future
i agree on more spices, and food ingredient, as well as recipes. But i can't write them all in one chapter right? As the most basic spices, salt, is rare and MC still use what he bring from his own world. later when he able to produce his own salt, there will be more food. You should know, even there are 100 ingredient avail, but without salt, what its taste would be? Thanks

A new recipe per chapter and you do not need to repeat the process after you've made only her name afterwards.

I'm not saying it's bad but it did not give a hungry feeling like in other gourmet novels. I recommend you take a look at others as a base. How to: Gourmet and Gourmet Food Supplier from Another World.

I thought about MC sit on the throne with long table full of cuisine in front of him. the title is build a nation :) But it's hard to find picture of a table full with cuisines
Dandyas:Idea for book cover images or photos of fresh ingredients or kitchen object.
it's hard to do since cooking is MC aces to survive in the new world :) a recipe will appear according to available ingredient. since i already write corn and potato, there will be food with corn or potato as main ingredient. and i already have one in mind : Tacos :)

Theoritically can be done. 3 Kingdoms there always on war, people who tired with war will seek leader that can bring peace. the main idea is make the current village where ikki lives prosper and grow into town then big city, defeat other kingdoms and unite the people :) How to make the village prosper? Trade. What to trade? food . Basically it's conquer people heart by food :)
