I think Webnovel is better off sticking to the nonromance type. Their choice of novels really suck sometimes. I cried reading one of these books. The MLs are all really inhumane. I don't understand how the FL can forgive him afterwards.

Ikr? These type of male leads are drunk on power. It doesn't matter if they're rich and good looking af but if their attitude is shitty, the novel is already trash. The author of this type of novel usually likes to make the female leads helpless, too. They encounter all sorts of trouble and they literally seldom get a break. The females leads also usually forgive the male leads too easily. Oh, they do try to resist at first but eventually, they fall under the male leads charms. Gets to the point where I start to detest them too.
