Although this novel had a lot of cliches, the cheat the MC receives is relatively unique. It's really fast paced and expects you to already know a good amount about Xianxia's. Still, I'm enjoying this right now, even though my enjoyment will probably dwindle after a few hundred chapters.

LIKEWhen you eat garbage long enough you get used to it, and that is indeed is accurate because other then this explanation i have no reason to see why anyone would settle for this mediocrity. The strongest system, arguably the most entertaining of the bunch and is not to be taken seriously if at all, as this author strives for something that branched away for the mediocre formula this author is using. The Night Ranger, Admittedly i stopped reading this one but i have not dropped it i just left off at i think 150ish? i forgot about everything and i don't want to catch up, however, this made enough of an impact towards me in regards to my feelings towards it. And the "system" or more accurately game system fits.
Try novel updates , has a filter for the stuff you want, release frequencies etc and is what gave me so many things to read before dumping me here. Or the original stuff from this app/site you would be amazed the stuff these newbie authors can conjure up, at the very least if your hesitant in possibly reading some strange fanfic about twilight by mistake filter it through the power ranking and avoid the pitfalls. Again if you have tried both of these options then you share the same burden as I do, main reason why I even came here giving this novel a chance. I was expecting gold, got a pile of copper instead. Valuable to the newbies but overdone and pretty useless to me
I was on NU for a quite a while before coming here, I have so much on my reading list that I ended up abandoning, it's simply too tiring of a process compared to this app... my chrome always takes forever to load as I have a few hundred tabs open on it, trying to delete all them crashes the app...
I'm basically reading whatever there is now...
I think it's simply that my tastes change too fast, I have at least 120 novels in my library that I dropped. I might like one type of theme and read a lot of some story, but then look at it the next day and actually not like it anymore.
I can understand you plight, well the final gambit is accumulating all your knowledge gained from the stuff you read and have a crack at creating your own story. While daunting it's actually quite gratifying, the creative endeavor to not pitfall into the default cliches, to create something unique and fleshed out. Tried it myself, ngl I can see why some authors use cliches and flesh puppet Mc's it's really godamn hard. But at the very least when your distracted not doing much and have free time have a crack at it. At the very least it opens up a hobby to wait for updates for stories that are worth reading
Actually I've written a lot, and don't really have any problems with cliches and the stuff. But it's the same problem as with reading. I have like 30 unfinished, some are even not started yet, novels. I am interested in a concept or idea, but it becomes dull shortly after and I lose my motivation to write.
Though when I write I don't really use anything from other stories, it's just when an idea suddenly pops in my head whenever I'm just casually living, I write a story based of of it.
It's that bad huh?, I'm at a loss for words unbelievable! While I have gone thirsty in a beach for days your dehydrated at a desert for weeks maybe even days gosh!
XD. But it's like that for everything. Drawing, I lose motivation and interest. Design of rooms and stuff, any game also becomes boring shortly after playing. I basically am unable to sustain my interest or motivation for something.
