I don't like it. They really get get immersed in this game, to the point that they are cursing at the computer screen asking others to avenge them. The author tries to make it sound like their characters are actually them for dramatic *******, but at least for me, it doesn't work when you know it is just a game. If the foreshadow at start is anything to go by this is going to be a semi generic video game web novel. MC will get rich and popular off of this game.

Well some PUBG players really get immersed in the game too though it's a minority. Maybe the author got immersed like them too in the novel or he watch someone that is too immersed in PUBG? Just giving some random facts.

Wear a headphone and play squad mode you will definitely find it fun and fully immersed..... that's what happens to me when I play PUBG on mobile... But it's the best when you can play with friends and only the headshot thing was simply overexaggerated .... As well as holding two snipers on both hands😅

He didn't say people cant get immersed in this average game, just that not everyone will get immersed in it, especially that we know which game it is and reading a novel about it is just off putting? Because no matter how much you like it, it's not a godly game or an amazing one either. Seeing someone being immersed in it is kinda funny and somehow cool, just that reading it is just kinda cringy
