Im now at chapter 17 and I keep getting more confused how strong he really is First it says in the synapsis he is the strongest esper but after that it sais he is the weakest commander of the esper in the book also it is said that he cant defeat some grownup turtles without his ship aswell as that he cant defeat the dragon who is also an esper without his ship Does his strength gets clearefied soon and will there be an explication on what his powers are exactly?
