if the writer/translator gets this can you clear up a question for me? okay so a white rank=Lv.1-24; bronze=Lv.25-49; silver=50-74; gold=75-100; normal enemies=no Lv.bonus\/ regular boss(hardened)=+5 Lv, higher resistance intermediate boss(elite)=+7-10 Lv.,higher resistance,racial/unique sklls and Max. regen(as long as there is mana) insane boss(raid)=+???/\ .....they have max gear so they should oneshot silver intermediate bosses like i do when i'm skin collecting in WoW with my Draenei Deathknight doing Burning Legion or Lich King dungeons and raids even if they have regen right? [ i can one-shot a raid boss 5-10Lv. lower than me with Max gear so i don't understand your combat logic as being a secret job with max gear makes the character at least intermediate boss material making them essentially Lv.110 minimum without Protagonist powers and that includes the MC's Spirits as according to your own writing the Dark Angel would be a Raid Boss class while the Primary elemental spirits would be Elite/intermediate bosses at least] pps. most if not all games apply an accuracy debuff to lower level enemies when attacking someone 5 levels or more than you and some games take it even further with there being skills that completely nullify attacks from enemies 10 levels lower than you(if you want a recent popular example look to the anime "Overlord" season-1 episode-4 or the Overlord light novel Volume 1 chapter 5

LIKEFirst of all, thanks for reading this novel of mine which i wrote just to pass my idle time at my office. Truth be told, i am inspired by Overlord so much that i started writing this novel but yeah i understand your points. Your guess is basically right for the level part but for the difference between bosses, it might differ compared to what game you are referring to. I played several MMO myself so the setting for HeavensTale i set if from those several games combined together into this preferable one i choose to adapt. The basic comparison for the bosses are Regular Bosses = 3player dungeon Intermediate Bosses = 5player dungeon Insane Bosses = 10player dungeon Top ranked Insane Bosses = Raid bosses for 25player There are also several MMO where if you are geared enough, you can even solo those 5player dungeon of your level hence i used it as a benchmark for full geared godkin and spirits equivalent to intermediate bosses. As for those debuff and nullification yeah it applies for most games but it kind of felt weird to apply it to a real world without valid reason. Just my own opinion though haha.
Hmmm I think of it as either a difference in base stats(Lv.70 Atk=92 and Lv.90Def=142) or a difference in 'soul' tier (good example would be Ichigo Kuro saki vs Kempachi Zeraki or a few other storis that list Lv.s as not an indicater of strength but 'tier' and while the higher Lv person might be less geared and speced right they get like an intimidateion bonus and minor damage resistance for each level
