I am so angry about this novel. In the beginning it was super interesting and engaging, but then that all changed at the start of the war ark. The entire ark is pretty much several hundred chapters of filler. I can’t believe that the author ruined a completely good novel by doing this. This is the first negative review I have evrr written, but i think it is necessary. All of the passion in this novel is gone and the author is just trying to pump out as many chalters as possible. All of the side characters are incompetent and this novel just makes me irrationally angry. Don’t bother reading as you will most likely drop it at ch 600ish.

It also never pays off. 2k chapters in and it's time for an other war arc/frontier arc. WOO. Not only that but you get chapters and chapters of what is basically dbz screaming. Nothing really happening or new things being explained. Just *atmosphere* if put nicely.

The republic ends up getting destroyed not because of the war and then MC leaves the galaxy. The war arc was absolutely useless. Could have been compressed to 1/5 th of the length author wasted.

I liked it because the plot of the war, although it is long and may have some padding, shows us how the main character evolves in detail and not, as in others, that he returns broken by experience and such.
