Review Detail of wheelmann2003 in Codename:Phoenix

Ok I gave this story about 60 chapters hoping for an improvement, but I have to stop now. OK breaking it down first no offence but just because you have a good synopsis on the front page doesn't mean you don't have to do the prolog chapters, jumping into a five years later part of the story without any previous chapter was disappointing. Now second there are just too many POVs in this novel and they feel a little like a writing crutch because any time some drama or ******* or anything starts building up the author just switches to another characters POV and ruins the drama by giving out endgame level secret info. In 60 chapters you already ruined that the person who the FL supposedly killed isn't dead and yet she was in prison for his death and that the accidental fire that killed the FL adopted family wasn't an accident, oh don't mind me I'll just switch POV to a character that mysteriously has burns and I'm sure it has nothing to a certain fire. a sorority girl almost loses her V-Card only for the BF to stop at the last second because of his phone, arguing with her friend later that it must have been important because her BF is not that kind of jerk, oh cue POV change to the BF with his two scum friends talking about how their bet is off because he found out almost too late that the sorority girl he almost banged for their bet is from a powerful family. this is what I mean by no dramatic buildup, even if the characters at play don't know all the twists til later, we the readers already know as soon as it happened so its just lacking ******* and part of the fun of drama and ******* is looking back after a major plot turn and being like ohhh I see how they were building that up now, that was clever of them, I'm gonna have to pay more attention. Good concept, Bad Development
