I have ideas in writing a novels but it's embarrassing with my grammar right now ... (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`) ... I can already feel my horrible grammar right now in writing this review... At least this book be will useful for the beginners.... Thank you author writing this for the others... I'll just be reader for who knows how long °•°•\/(T____T)\/ °•°•

Just find a good proofreader/editor who works for free, to be your partner. You take credit for the original story idea, and you give the editor credit for fixing it up. There's many editors and proofreaders out there who have the skills, but lack experience so they usually offer their services for free. I used to do that until I started writing my own books. :P No need to feel bad about bad grammar, when I first started, I had haters and harsh critics attack my writing but I still persevered and I haven't stopped writing. Who knows? Maybe one day, your ideas will blossom into beautiful stories. ;)

What you could do is let someone proof read it after you have written it. In the end what really matters is the story. Proper format comes later.

Lol, I started a year ago and that's all my readers talked about. My grammar is horrible but I kept writing and soon enough they just got used to it and I got better too. But I use Grammarly to at least do the small stuff. Other than that, so many of them said my story is amazing and it makes me happy to know they are enjoying my stuff.

Honestly, grammar is a good part of a book. A lovely story can not be without fluidity. The only advice i can give you is slowly improve your grammar and ask for someone to assist you. And better yet get an editor. Sharpen that blade and make your book a work of art.

A idea if you can't afford a professional proofreader would be to invest in a program like Grammarly. It can't improve natural fluidity, which I agree is essential, but it can iron out the significant parts of grammar that might trip a reader up like spelling and punctuation. Good luck!

Thank you very much for this guide. It helped a lot and has many practical instructions. I hope you increase the update rate since a lot of us are currently writing our novels and need this as soon as possible. There are certain topics I hope you'd address in the next chapters. One problem that is bugging me is how can I do plot twist, I hope that my novel is different from the average one and I don't want it to be like the reader would expect. I also have a problem with the number of arcs in the story. I made a basic outline for the whole plot and feel that my novel is too short. Should I add some side stories?

read out of curiosity, but kinda really bad advice. it's true that this type of writing can capture the attention of readers, but it's usually not the type of attention one would want. The suggestions on what to do with the MC would make MC far to Mary/Gary Sue, which isn't very pleasant to read. It also holes up and coming writers into holes and bad habits, not allowing them to explore while they're still growing. Just don't recommend following the advice listed, that's all.
