Just because the main character is overpowered is no reason to gloss over the moments that make the main character relatable, since the main character is so OP. Instead of focusing on increasing the main characters abilities, flesh out who he is as a person and where he stands in the world. Have the main character reflect on what he has done instead of needlessly slaughtering to get what he wants. Epic moments need to be deserved, not thrown in for the sake of the act alone.

The typical plots: plots of mind fights and plots of physical fights. The typical most ****** structure of the plot: Introduction of the problem --> a way to try to solve it (solving processes of development for example of mind and body) --> solving the problem , if it is also with the mind, through knowledge or wisdom. There are quite some books about plots. But there are too many cut and paste ones which kinda destroy the fun of reading in my opinion and the originality. But the overall concepts can be inspiring maybe. Hope this is maybe helpful.
