Review Detail of isaan in Radioactive Evolution

earlier i made a post ranting about rating a story before chapters are released. comments to my old post made me aware, that a part of the story can be read elsewhere... i did that, the story seems creative and the writing well done. therefore i removed my old rating of 1 star and heres my new one.
