Ahhhhhhhh I've been waiting for the translation of this book ever since the show Princess Agent came out (楚乔转). If any of you guys ever watched the show, you'd realize how good this story is. The character development is absolutely amazing and you really get an understand of the reason behind their actions. The romance is really cute too :))) Sadly, the show ended on a cliffhanger, but I really look forward to finishing this book.

(Might be spoilerish. Please skip if you haven’t watched) What?! I only watched the show halfway through but.... chu qiao reincarnated?!?! Or did they scrap that detail from the show? I was under the impression all this while that she only lost her memory after falling into the water or something. Certainly didn’t seem like she reincarnated into a 8 year old 🤔 sounds like the drama changed a lot of details? Or is it something that’s revealed in the latter half?

loke valerieliu said the show based off this novel but still quite different since CDrama and CNovel will never be the same . Maybe the plot will be similar but still it'll be different. My friend told me about this, he finished reading the raw . :)

I read it somewhere that couple years back there was this one popular Chinese drama of a girl going back in time into idk which dynasty. After the drama was air, many people committed suicide just so they can travel back in time, similar to the drama. Hence, China ban time-travel drama.

Look at Princess Wei Yang. The drama took off the transmigration part and instead say MC is a princess in disguise.

From the way I see it, it was more an excuse from China to ban this (I find the reasons from the new yorker more reasonable). And the suicide from the girls don't seem to be motivated by time-travel but more about family problems. Anyway, thanks for providing the links, I learned something today!
