No how can he survive the world evolution with that personality, he is gonna be ruthless, selfish, and definitely manipulative. He wouldn't go out of his way to do good but if doesn't harms himself or those close to him but he wouldn't mind doing some good thing here and there(well mostly helping girls). He would aslo do some evil things in cultivation world, as he wouldn't survive like that.(killing the one who gets in his way even if they were good guys) as the story progresses.
