Romance? How amusing. At most, a fleeting adventure with a woman while Ethan roams the world. As for whether he's a true villain, he's not a good person, but he's not a madman who kills indiscriminately either. You could say he's a mix of: "I do what I want without caring about anyone, and I'll kill anyone who shows me the slightest hostility," and a percentage of: "They've treated me well, so lending them a hand wouldn't be a bad idea, but that's it." It's up to you whether you want to give my novel a chance.
Thieving:Is the main character, Ethan, an actual villain? Is there romance in this because I sincerely hope not.
