now now. Itachi is a villain. Nazar_Satybaldiev's idea is human. He used his feelings. Who could let the villain feel relieved that his brother survived, while everyone else died. Of course the victims wanted the villain to die.

Let us see this logically. Sasuke dies. Itachi would go crazy and become real bad guy. Mc is only uchiha in konoha. Danzo will want him either dead or under him. Hiruzen will want him to be loyal to leaf may feel nonsense like naruto. The village council will definitely try and make him sleep with girls of their families effectively taking away sharingan bloodline and decreasing their political power to nil(i mean if many people have it then uchiha of future would have no contributing power effectively killing the clan). Heck mc would also have something like cage seal to prevent his deflection. I mean all they have to do is sent him to a fake mission create an accident and declare him dead making any possible supporters silent.

Sounds great for an MC without cheats.
