There's a new story list in rankings?

Idk about Mobile, but it's there on PC. It only shows Stories that began in the last Month (other options are 31-90 Days, 91 - 180 Days, 181 - 365 Days, and All Time.)

Isn't that like, most power stones and other things per week type of thing?

There are 4 other filters, but they are limited to Weekly and Monthly. but you can find most new stories worth reading in the top 100 - 150 Monthly.
