Yes he might not be able to control it right away but by the 40th chapter(if it gets that far) will have no power progression. He would be able to stop time. Travel time. Speed up and slow down time. Teleportation. Create dimensions. It's to vague a power. Just make his abilities teleportation and he can do it faster and farther over time or stop time for 5 seconds. NO POWER PROGRESSION!!!!!!
