Review Detail of zes13 in Shadow Slave

It surprises me that this novel has this many fanboys, this is like one of the most overrated webnovel i have seen over the years. There is no emotional depth in it, like you can kill any major character and it wouldn't feel a thing, you can't connect with the characters, even with the main character. Grammar and prose are pretty painful in both elements. Maybe the most repetitive use of adjectives I've ever read, and I'm not exaggerating. You would think "tenebrous" and "taciturn" were actual surnames judging by how often they are used before certain characters. The dialogues feels cheesy and boring sometimes. I mean i really tried enjoying it, who wouldn't want to read a good webnovel while also having a good time..
