Review Detail of Panell in MHA: Horizon (Ope-Ope No Mi)

This is the best mha ff I've ever read tied with another one. I really like the personality and the way the mc does things. His personality is similar to Fang Yuan my favorite character in that he will do anything to achieve what he wants. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes mature and calm mc.
