OK that works better. Overdrawing chakra in intense battles could burn down your longevity, that would make sense. Bro should still be training a normal amount though, even if he doesn't go excessively hard

Excessive refinement at the level of the 8 gates sure, but in general it should be fine. I'm not a huge fan of this mechanic
