Max lvl of all sub skills can be increased to the same lvl as Genius Conjurer - also it raises some general stats: Name: Genius Conjurer Type: Boon Level: 0 (Base level, can be leveled up) Effect at Level 0: Conjuration Duration: +10% +2% per additional level (Conjured items last longer). Conjuration Strength: +10% +2% per additional level (Conjured items have increased durability, damage, and overall effectiveness). Mana Cost: -10% + 2% per additional level (Conjuration spells cost less mana).

The system is smart, of course making it impossible for that to happen. Here is the item description again. Level = Max Level he can upgrade his skills. Also Level = Mission difficulty & overall progress. Lvl 10 mission demands are higher than the demands of a level 6 mission. Level is not a positive or negative stat it just essentially tells you how many missions the player cleared.
