In mcu, there is sorcery(eldritch in the comics, witchcraft(like Agatha), asgardian, dark magic(from the darkhold), chaos(Wanda). Mystic arts can be learned by anyone but it requires study. Witches are born with their power, except we learned about analog magic in Agatha all along. Asgardians magic wasn’t explored much in mcu but it could probably be learnt. Dark magic comes only from the darkhold, or cthon. Chaos magic is unique to Wanda but cthon also has it in comic. In what if, we also learn that power used by the celestials and eternals are also magic as Agatha could absorb it
