Fate of a non-canon clan in Naruto

Shinsui finds himself reborn into the shinobi world in a declining clan he has never heard of from his previous life. He was reborn way earlier, during the era of Tobirama as the Hokage, before the first shinobi war. With his clan quickly turning into a civilian clan, he has to quickly come up with a solution.
