Parents seem to struggle with protection while they really should focus on guiding their child. Overprotection harms their character growth and allows others to exploit.... its not like you cant have a good childhood without understanding what the world is like lol

Incorrect.... this actually dates back to when humans were born. Males decided to hunt and provide food while females decided to stay at home to take care of house duties. These roles were very defined and in doing so shaped the idea of modern sexism. Of course with some events aka WWI and WWII these ideas were realized to be outdated and old eventually leading to its destruction. While this was an ideal state(since women are actually willing to take on other roles in society), now many women would like men to still be their providers while also enjoying the privilege of not having their own duties.
