What I basically said was: I had been recommended to read this story a few times, and I ended up reading about 50 chapters. I thought the story was good, but what I didn't understand was why so many people kept referencing it and recommending it to me out of nowhere.

The eyes, in this case, the Nightmares or the Grimm-Devas, are nothing more than a creation of Devas' nightmare energy. It's not a Semblance, just an ability that the energy developed.
