I read searched this up and the reasons for the skeletons is because he gave his basement to a doctor studying human anatomy which means he was dissecting corpses which at the time was seen as a taboo or something so after dissection they would bury it in the floor of the basement

I like it but I think u should have done this after u completed ur previous book nevertheless it is an amazing book everyone should totally try this book but in my personal opinion the dialogue is a bit stiff and u totally ruined the surprise of who MC's love interest was gonna be for ur pervious book and I leave with wishing u luck on being able to keep stable update schedule for both books
