Well, he is an idiot sometimes. But please remember he was too preoccupied with the hero thingy and ended up ignoring other things. He has something like 'tunnel vision' on his mind, I think.

Oh well, at least I can only say thanks for staying to read my book. And I'm sorry if it's not to your liking. But I really just want to say that please stop assuming something that was written yet. Well, since maybe you maybe aren't going to read my comment, I'll say the thing from your assumption that is wrong for other people who read your comment. There are things that I want to sort out. The first one is your sentence about 'MC is gonna have a harem, but to have it be a harem full of backstabbing harlots?' Well, there is a harem tag on this book so there will be a harem obviously. But the thing is, did I already show who will be the MC harem? Or maybe you just assuming that the character that you called a backstabbing harlot is his harem? Like take example Elise, which part of the chapter implicates her will be joining Gil's harem. Like blud distrusts her to the core, even he got drugged cause he didn't listen to her warning. Again please tell me where I write who will be his harem cause I believe I haven't shown it yet. If anyone asked 'when?' It will soon. Now the second thing that hurt me a little was that you said 'It will be another novel where all the women will redeem themselves of their harlot lifestyle and fornicating with MC' Like is there anything wrong with a character redeeming themself from a 'character growth' standpoint, though? Like I feel that will make the character feel more alive right? Or maybe I'm wrong? However, what I said is purely from the character growth aspect, okay. It has nothing to do with the relationship with MC. And that's where, I think, you make assumptions again. Like bruh, why Gil would like to sleep with them? As it stated from the start he hates NTR passionately, and he won't stick his D with those girls, Elise included. He is a vengeful person dude. That's why he wanted to pay back those three girls from the game. 'But Elise wouldn't get the payback?' Like, this person and another comment already said, Elise is strong, more than Gil. He fights her now, he is dead. However, soon he will realize that Elise is into him, and that's where his payback comes in. Well, that's where my argument comes to an end. The scene is necessary. It was to convey to Gil the alternate future of the people he gets involved with, as he wasn't meant to exist in that world. If it is something you interpreted as humiliation to Lack then feel free to think so. But please mind that I make the world with NTR culture on it, where the good guy gets cucked. I wanted to show what his fate would be if he didn't meet with Gil. Hope that answers your question :)
