Man, your ideas are quite wild and trade in the fantasy realm. But I have to apologize to you because I have already written seven or so chapters ahead. Even if I wouldn't have done that, sacrificing humans in a ritual is not something he would do so early in the story.
Now, I sat by the hearth, waiting for word to come down and kill the one who had stabbed Jon to death. I stared into the flames, slowly placing my hand, marked by burn scars, into the fire. Just like that, I realized that since awakening in this world, I had gained an ability similar to what Daenerys is known for: being unburnt. "Jon the Unburnt" has a nice ring to it, don't you think? However, I'll accept what I receive, as it's not as if he chose a world that begins with 'B' and ends with 'O'. We refrain from saying its name because doing so might make you resemble the main character in that world.
