What a boring character... like an OP baby... I guess it's my fault for picking a random chapter for a test read.

I re-opened this novel and was surprised that there were After Stories. When I finished reading this a few years ago, there was only 1 After Story. The second After Story really surprised me due to the same reasons. Does the SAFT ban novels if they don't demonize the US? LOL. Anyway, I remembered that there were tension with China and other South East Asian countries due to territorial invasion at this year the novel was completed. I think they were setting up some buildings and bases in a Group of Island in SE Asia. The invasion only got blatant when Filipino fishermen were caught by Chinese coast guards for "crossing international waters". However, the fishing vessel used by the fishermen wouldn't even have enough fuel to enter Chinese territory and return. LOL. It's sad that the fishermen's boat was destroyed by CN water hoses. I don't know where they are now tho.
