Yeah. Being administered Extremis causes the person to fall into a coma. It's the body hibernating and fixing itself into its perfect state as desired by Extremis. Falling into a coma post-Extremis happens a couple times in the mainline comics and is supposed to happen here. However, if the dosage is incorrect, then you will die during this coma-transformation.
