These few chapters have been weird. This conflict feels really random, also mentioning the John Wick series without John Wick. Mc tried to lay low so far, which I like, despite being super strong and now suddenly killing 300 men. The author wrote Tony to be overly mature despite the fact that he should be a playboy during this time, yet somehow Coulson, a shield agent, just accepts the fact that a normal, not enhanced, skill individual taking out 300 men in a single night. I hope this will go back to a more logical storyline because I'm not sure if I like where this is going.

I must say that the translator did a great job translating this fan-fic. It definitely difficult to translate it to while keeping certain aspect of this being a chinese novel, but not bringing in any of their weird ideology or nationalism. I read a couple of chapters, and people keep complaining about chinese trash. Stop and get some help, I don't know how the original novel was, but talking HOAs and moving to an apartment is a normal American thing. Just because what your value doesn't match that of the mc doesn't make it automatically chinese. So far, I haven't seen any weird trend or chinese nationalism, which I think the translator tried his best to avoid those, so just enjoy it and stop being racist.

Why is this so short and has a weird end in the middle of a conversation?

Wait a min. Shouldn't Sasuke be late as well? Sasuke showed up the last sec for his match, so without Temari and Shikamaru match, he should've been late. 🤔🤔🤔

Overall, it's a very solid fanfic. I think it's nice that zoro cared about his family like that one-off episode in water seven arc. However, having said that, he's really mellowed out a lot for his memory as an adult. If there's an explanation that his child brain makes him more mellow, then that's ok, but sometimes he acts like an old zoro and sometimes likes a kid. Another big ding about the story is that while it shows the emotions of all characters but it really really slow. I hope there's a timeskip. I think we established his childhood enough.

Honestly, I'm glad Hoka is back, hopefully for a while. I love the start when there's a new team with the mc, Hoka, and Mieko. However, ever since Mieko death, the team has fallen apart. I understand that this is important for the mc growth, but he basically spent hundreds of chapters alone only interact with a couple of people like Haruzen, Kakashi, Guy and now Naruto. It's cool seeing mc with some cannon characters but the non cannon characters, which should be more important to the mc, were just being swept under the rug.

This is one of the reasons I don't like Chinese novels, fanfic or otherwise because the mc has to be playboy hotness no matter what. Like come on, you have a Kaido template. You need to be muscular, with dark skin, and maybe some tattoo. What with the "fair skin that even maiden dreams of". That's a load of bull.
