Ainz is HIGHLY paranoid about anything that could potentially harm his friend's creations (the NPC'S) and was like that from the very beginning. In the lightnovel, I think, his staff was locked up in a "blossom santuary" or something and protected by Aureole Omega after his meeting with his guardians on the 6th floor...

That is correct, but she does not have (to my knowledge) any boni against herself, as target and attacker have the same resistances, boosts and karma. Doesn't that mean, that it purely comes down to the physical stats, as not even a weapon was used?
