no, as in he lives with her and she's only been showing him warmth and understanding and care because she's the goddess of hearth and home. while all for one isn't one of warmth and caring, it did subtly make him more "understanding" of her concerns but won't openly admit that he cares. he's giving her this believable lie about how he'll trade the abilities in exchange for other abilities to A: make her stop slowing his progress of gaining power. B: make her more at ease after seeing her crumble before him for his actions. the later reason is more of a feeling deep inside all for one rather than actual emotions being displayed. it'll be more explained in later chapters, this was simply the tip of the icbeberg.
