Speed was one of the most inconsistent things in DxD, so I would recommend not trusting it blindly. The whole DxD power scale was inconsistent and speed uh well yeah no.

I don't remember that part and I had watched the Madara vs Shinobi alliance before creating this fic. He had used hand seals then or did he? I don't remember. But wasn't the point of hand signs to better utilise chakra? That shouldn't be a problem soon so don't worry about the hand signs, they'll disappear in a bit.

Honestly, I don't have anything detailed planned. It's just this, "Madara did something, and something as a consequence happened." (Being truly honest I would say I might get bored and drop mid-way if I already plan everything out which I don't want to happen.) After all, aren't you here to know what would truly happen if Madara invaded DDD and decided to eliminate every supernatural being? I plan to keep the story interesting so don't worry.

I wouldn't say that he couldn't fight its day the lower ranks of the top 10 but yeah DxD power levels get more broken the more they progress. The power scaling is too inconsistent in it. This is why I have to roughly gauge and calculate the strengths of everyone, it's a pain but at the same time fun, I won't lie

No problem, I can understand the frustration, It was truly astonishing to see Madara's character being destroyed like that, and you're right while Madara is strong he still isn't at the level of the top 10, after all, he lacks any kind of tailed beasts and his strongest tailed beast form won't be accessible here.

The fight hasn't ended it's just that the word count was threatening to go past 2000 which I didn't want to see and the cut to Kuoh Academy would allow me to flow the next chapter smoothly. Thanks for your appreciation though 👍🏻
