Technically yes but those are absolute forces of reality. It isn't a simple thing to connect to but it seems like it is due to how many speedsters there are. The life force connects to everything living thing in all of DC, the speed force is the collection of energy that has or will be generated in all of DC. The forces are absolutely op.

Started of as a great fic and then suddenly the mc became completely different had his personality do a 180 and the author decided to introduce DC into what was a Marvel fic. While also exposing that the mc was a reincarnator to other characters. I've never seen a good fic die in two chapters, it's really a shame.

You should have a few spartan 2 teams equipped with AIs running missions looking for Covenant targets the UHE can hit. The AIs will enhance the Spartans while also being able to hack Covenant computers and then send the information back to ONI.

So is power basically darkness manipulation? It looks interesting as well.

I think this is a better flag ship design and it fits the subtle 40k vibe this fic has.
