Of course that concept works in that manga, but there may be different concepts for the public to love it, but sometimes you even forget the names of the characters, and the moments they spend with them: 1. They are boring because no action (fights I mean)in the case of action. 2. The harem in a novel is actually not bad if you have the concept of: everyone deserves love, and none should be sad... there are few novels, sleeves, or animes that make a good construction about it... the only nice to see and nothing will happen, but everyone agrees that it should be Harem, is the manga of Iruma-chi... and nobody wants them to be sad... a shonen for young audiences even...
