the tomes and heirlooms can only be studied while some can be used by him like the peverell wand and the potter invisibility cloak but cant be used due to protection family magic like a lord's ring so those would just be laying around
James Potter was the stupidest man I've ever had the pleasure of not meeting. The man while praised for a genius in transfiguration is an idiot in everything else. 'How the hell did Lily allow him to do this?' Harry asked himself. That idiotic man nearly led The Most Ancient and Most Noble House of Potter to ruins. He allowed Dumbledore 100% access to the vaults to help Dumbledore with 'war efforts.' That stupid goat fucker drained the Potter vault of over 124million Galleons, Ancient Magic Tomes and Heirlooms. While the Tomes and heirlooms can be recovered the money cannot.
