It's hard to do romance when you're wanted by a whole underground organization and a whole race. He also needs to find someone that can keep up with his improvement.
Seriously, are the cliches will be lesser later on? I have a hard time reading the last chapter and this one. My mind can barely tolerate it.
I want to read more but the sudden change of his character just off me.
The sudden change in demeanor and thinking made me feel awkward. It should have been like this from the start since he came from "military school".
I can't ready past chapter 20s. There are minor plotholes but the nail in the coffin is a certain local affluent family led by a general/governor of a city's local army is trying to shutdown a pavilion that has branches across the kingdoms? There's no way an army leader would be that stupid.
Average cliche one with non-chinese names but still uses the system of eastern novels. It irritates me seeing some words like "beta", "alpha", etc multiple times. I don't know but there are better ways to write than that. Everytime I saw these words, I could imagine in my prejudice that the author is a teenager without sophistication.
All of these mess are easily avoidable if he just send food to her room so she wouldn't need to come out.
I'm a new reader but this is hard to read. The MC become dumb every occasion. Someone that can produce such formation and from the outside more prosperous place and he thinks she's a normal cultivator? This plot had happened multiple times in earlier chapters. What a disappointing character that defaults into dumbery in every desperate times.
Another braindead MC. I wasted some minutes of my life reading up to this.
That's it. It's strike three for me. Too forced, or at least weird for the princess to act like that given the established story.
