Author, I feel your story is abit rushed. Also if you don't put proper quotation marks it only gets confusing for us to differentiate between dialogue and statement. Since the mc is overpowered there is little room for development if not the mc hides his power. Short chapters don't matter to me since I am myself an author and I am currently writing a Gojo fanfiction and it has pretty short chapters.

Obviously Gojo is the Honoured One. Why would he care about Makima.

Meanwhile, Power and Himeno smiled and began seeing him in a new light, with way more respect. After all, it wasn't easy for a guy to resist the charms of someone like Makima, at least in their opinion.
