Sorry this may be a bit long, but is of descent quality. I’ll simplify it for any of you. “they” is used, in English lexicon, as the plural of he and she, but it can also be used as a general term for someone. In other words “they” can be used to refer to a group, a man, a woman, or whatever else a sentient being wishes to be. “Their” is simply the possessive varient, like “his” is to “he” or “her” is to “she”. “There,” the homophone, refers to a location and not a person. ”They’re” is the shorten form of ”they are” Now you can confidently say you know how to use they, their, they’re, and there. Dont feel bad about not knowing any of this, I know of people in highschool who don’t know these things and have seen many authors not understand it either. I’m writing this as someone who’s grown up in a predominantly English speaking household, with a mother who’s stict on this type of matter.
I’m starting to get worried, is Izuku gonna get cycled again?
You’re right, they join at 15
Well, I was gonna wright a long winded explanation of why you’re wrong, but I lost it and can’t be bothered to rewrite it. To put it simply, it isn’t about the fact Deku lost his powers, but where he ended. We went through the story with the expectation that Deku would either end as the new symbol of peace or die saving the world. Instead we get him loosing everything and being a nobody like everyone told him that he’d end up as. It’s a plot twist that got just about everyone, sure, but it subverts the message echoed in the beginning. When looked at narratively, the story lost it’s meaning and tried to replace it with one that the majority of the audience did not like. And yes that was a summarized version with the examples I originally gave removed. Take it or leave it, Idc, not my problem.
Basically acts as a form of first aid, preventing the wound from getting worse, stops bleeding, and dulls the pain. Well that’s what I got as another dumb American with half decent Spanish at best. My personal input: Seems like an endurance ability. It’s not gonna make a fight any easier, but it will keep you going in tough fights.
Adaloth coming in clutch with the classic preparation of a ”control” devil. Funny how Eurus refuses to believe there could be anyone else fast enough to speed blitz her though.
