You are certainly correct, unless there is something weird going in(even gamers mind won't remove such hesitation). A normal guy just being ok with killing things, be it monster or in this case strays, is not logical. While one can excuse it as "but fanfiction" it's not a normal reaction from someone who was just a normal guy. That aside, finally someone doing a fanfic where the mc isn't forced into the plot in the way of "dying and suddenly orc" or even replacing issei(Issei hate is so forced on this platform idk its weird how some people behave).

You can certainly mix and match as it fits imo. There is no need to be hard pressed about being all serious or being full into that crackfic humor. Also should give more freedom when writing? maybe, i don't know i never have written anything so it's just me guessing here.

The only decent harem i have seen was in 100 girlfriends and that had it iirc. I don't know why people dislike it. Like you gotta like each other to some degree. All these mc centric harems make me wonder if people ever understood how relationships even work.

Something i never understood about dxd, how did great red even die? As in isn't he basically the concept of dreams? So as long as dreams exist he should. Or was there something along the lines of concept erasing involved? Or am I just misunderstanding something about great red?
