It's been a long time since I read it, as far as I followed the story it was good but there were 2 characters that kept blocking the mc, then I got frustrated.
That's true but I think it would be a situation not something entirely done by the thighs... the most likely thing would be for him to wait to get out of this dubious situation to do that.
I think it's Mages are too OP, if not, correct me, I don't even remember the name of the work.
I think I've read a novel that has this background as the npcs become more and more intelligent and come to life and eventually integrate humans into their society through missions and rewards and manage to control a large number of players.
his analysis is very good, his only weakness is the fact that he is portrayed as a soldier and they have a sense of unity and fellowship built by iron and fire not something totally rushed and little worked. The protagonist has no real favorable impression from anyone other than the moneylender. If you notice he doesn't even try to start a conversation with anyone. It's more like that girl and moneylender who start the conversation. if the protagonist followed what he planned in the beginning, the whole course of the plot would be totally different. It felt like he was being pushed in that direction and not taking action.
It makes perfect sense if he wasn't a soldier...
