I genuinely have no idea😭😭😭
It is indeed, however, the Severed World suppressed his physical realm just as his it did class, just to a somewhat lesser degree. It’s mentioned when they first enter, but I may not have given it as much attention as I should’ve. Oopsie…?
😔😔it’s not possible to delete locked chapters
So this is a bit awkward… My original plan was to give y’all a 10-15 chapter mass release tomorrow to celebrate hitting 1k. Unfortunately, this week also happens to be the last week before one of my best friends moves away to pursue his education. Since I’ve been spending the whole week hanging out with him, not only did I not write, I also used up the stockpile I’d saved for the sake of this celebration. It sucks that I had to break my word to y’all but I’m sure y’all understand the reasoning. He leaves in 4 days so I can’t say I’ll deliver properly before then, but I’ll try my best to give y’all something special afterward. Now that that’s out of the way, I appreciate all y’all for accompanying me on this journey, and I hope it only gets better from here… Happy 1000!
Fun Fact: Since space is a vacuum where sound can’t exist, why are the space battle scenes so filled with sound? Mana. It’s an easy cop out explanation, but is there any other? Mana exists in droves in space, and it has clearly shown itself to be an effective medium for sound, being able to transmit it directly into someone’s ear or even their mind. But yes, just talking in space would still be subject to the laws of space, and the sound coming out of a practitioner’s mouth would still be dispersed in space. But what if they use mana to project their voices? It’s a pretty simple concept that doesn’t need further explanation, but if you ever want a chuckle while reading a battle in the starry sky, just remember that everyone who talks in space has to consciously think about what they want to say and then project those words with mana as they speak. The idiots are even more idiotic now, eh? P.s. there’s an accidental innudendo in this chap I don’t know if y’all caught it Also, I’ve seen y’all asking for a mass release, and to that I say... Just wait for 1k 😉
This made me laugh way too hard😭😭😭
I feel like I’ve been unnecessarily hung up on the concept of time for the past few chapters. Damien’s thoughts about Xue’er’s growth here are just a reflection of my own in reality. How long ago did I first introduce Xue’er? Back then, she was really just a child that I had no plans for. When did I progress the story so much? Without me even realizing it, Xue’er grew into a teenager. As I started writing her again in these chaps, the relativity of time actually baffled me a little bit, and that ended up leaking into my writing. I wanted to expand on this more, but I realized that I was just going on a tangent without any proper start or end, so I decided to quell my thoughts and summarize it as such. Time truly is a surreal concept. Well, just another random thought blurb from me. Now that that’s over with, let’s get ready to fight like crazy and blow everything up!
