Won’t be getting back to the camp until probably around ch 50, best estimate. Got a LOT of stuff to do until then… You know how it is, canon to screw, people to kill, trauma to introduce.

Since holidays are over now I SHOULD be able to go back to one a week, though I do have some family extending their stay, so we’ll see.

Bit of both, from what I’ve noticed in anime, when a girl is feeling jealous/challeneged by a rival in love, there’s sometimes something representing their ‘fighting spirit’ depicted behind them. The shrine maidens are like that.

I read a fic over on Ao3 that had quirks manifest as otherworldly beings. Half-hot half-cold manifested as a pair of shrine maidens that use fire and ice respectively. Felt like it was fitting to include the reference at this point. “Magical Miracle Midoriya” is the name, in case you’re interested.

Shigaraki basically thinks of Izuku as a glitch in the perma-death game of reality.

If you’re referring to ‘Glitch in Reality’, then you have that backwards. Yes, they toss out more chapters, but if you look at the release for the first chapters you’ll see that they started there’s after mine. Even left a review asking them to change the copied parts, which they acknowledged as being valid.
