I’m really confused here, I get she’s the child of a primordial god but Lintian is the child of two and has the inheritances of at least 4 more, even if he hasn’t fully mastered them. I cannot imagine how she is even making him go slightly serious right now. I mean he literally came here not to fight but kill her father yet she’s already making him struggle so much. It’s a little bit frustrating that we don’t have any clear understanding of Lintian’s strength in comparison to others. Not long ago he one shot someone who was considered a half step primordial god, whatever that means exactly. Since then he has obtained 3 more inheritances of primordial gods and yet he apparently still isn’t at that level yet? The power levels lately seem extremely unclear.

Man whether it be this or Rebirth of The Nameless Immortal God, you are really quite good at writing endings. For two novels that I have spent years reading to come to an end and for me to still be satisfied. Really kudos to you Awespec, you have done an amazing job. I’m of course sad that this is the end of Leonel and Aina’s story but I’m looking forward to your other works which I’m already in the process of reading.

Just did, I guess according to her the chessboard is bigger than he thought but she also said she was on his chessboard so those two things kind of counter each other so I guess we’ll have to see, also Awespec said this novel is gonna be over in February so we have at most like 20-30 chapters left. Besides that pretty much everything I said was right based on what I just read.

No I don’t think there’s any bigger chess board here. Leonel and the Demoness both now possess dream force that is that is at the very pinnacle and even beyond it allowing them to transcend time meaning they have memories of previous iterations from what I understand. Leonel already remembers what the future/past him went through when he was the final one in existence and saw that there was nothing beyond the northern star, the only question is then where was the demoness in those iterations and my guess is that she failed in reaching a level beyond what even Leonel in those iterations reached in which is what he is refering to as a real god in this conversation with her so maybe this is her last attempt or just another attempt at reaching that level which he believes doesn’t exist or shouldn’t because there is no point in completely transcending everything because at the end of the day you would be alone. Even if you could recreate life at will including all the people you care about, would they truly be the same people? This is the whole reason he hasn’t revived his father is because he doesn’t think so whereas she disagrees, it’s a difference in philosophy between them since Leonel wants to still be a mortal constrained to existence because that puts him on the same level of those he cares about and gives meaning to life whereas she wants to be above everyone and everything. That’s is just my understanding and could be completely wrong.
