If your theory is correct, then twins should have equal innate/inherited techniques, but this is clearly not the case with Maki and Mai, with Mai having an innate building technique and Mai having no technique at all. So it doesn't make sense that a twin brother of the holder of the Six Eyes would also have the Six Eyes. I imagine some people might think "just consider it an AU", but even in a fanfic, some things from the canon still need to be followed, otherwise things just don't make sense.

I love Jujutsu, and every time I see a fanfic, I try to give it a chance. But I almost always run into one problem: Six Eyes. The authors don't seem to know that the Six Eyes only have one bearer at a time! The Six Eyes is not a technique inherited from the Gojo clan, it is an innate technique that appears once every generation, and does not always appear in the Gojo Clan. The technique inherited from the Gojo clan is Limitless!

This is just insane. I was expecting something completely different, maybe a kind of "fusion" between Sam and Lucifer. I'm not sure I want to keep reading this anymore.
