Good question, this is an alternative version of the MCU. It will follow the a little closer to the Original line of movies we've all seen. But, closer to the comics so will be able to see character, that couldn't appear in the movies before. Due to the rights issue Marvel had when starting their Cinematic Universe at the beginning.

He only currently has excess to 11 transformation, as I'm currently writing this story. Most well be reviled by the end of the Battle of New York.
Ben began putting on the suit, which was a fusion of cutting-edge tech and classic vigilante aesthetics, reminiscent of Batman and Red Hood. Most of it was crafted from reinforced Kevlar, providing heat resistance and protection against bullets and blades. The helmet and gauntlets were made from a lightweight yet durable alloy Ben had developed with Brainstorm's assistance.
